Arbor Hill is a 31 MW solar power plant owned by MidAmerican Energy. Located in Adair County, the 152-acre power plant is situated among the wind turbines of MidAmerican’s existing Arbor Hill Wind Farm, and is part of MidAmerican’s expanding portfolio of solar projects, complementing the utility’s 7,700 MW of wind capacity.

Project development was a collaborative effort, with EDF Renewables as the lead developer and Ideal Energy serving as a subcontractor responsible for DC electrical work.

As part of MidAmerican's GreenAdvantage program, Arbor Hill plays a crucial role in the utility's commitment to providing Iowa customers with 100% renewable energy.
